[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Money deducted, but order not placed | |||||
I ordered a Redmi 2 Prime 16 GB (Colour: Dark Grey) mobile worth Rs 6999/- from snapdeal.com (mobile app) today[protected] around 5:35 pm. using State Bank of Travencore debit card (VISA). After transaction was completed money was deducted from my account but order was not placed, and item was still in my snapdeal shopping cart. no order information available on snapdeal either.
