Order no: [protected] login ID: t.[protected]@gmail.com If snapdeal is reading this, just wanted to say that I have been writing, calling and following up with you since months and now being frustrated taking this step to write here to let others know what kind of service snapdeal has. So better check your history and don't give a standard answer asking me to talk/write to cust care. I saw an offer on snapdeal saying ear buds worth 499 free with moto e, wherein I would get a freecharge credit of 499 on buying moto e buds worth 499. Here is the link http://www.snapdeal.com/offers/moto-e-buds-free I read the terms, the offer expiry was not mentioned and voucher expiry was 31 march 2016. I called up customer care to confirm the offer and the person said the offer is valid. I asked him to double check because there was no expiry date written, he double checked by putting an order himself and confirmed, I placed the order for both buds and moto e. After 10 days passed, I didn't get any code. I called up customer care and they said dont worry you will either get it or we will replace it. a month passed, no resolution again called, they said the same thing as above. Then suddenly they sent a mail that this offer was not valid when I placed the order. After that I would have called them and explained them to different people every time and sent screenshots of the offer and ask them to check call records where I confirmed before placing the order. Already 3 months have passed and now, I see no hope. Just wanted to caution prospective buyers - don't trust snapdeal Was this information helpful? | |||||
