[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — No cash back process for purchasing done through hdfc in nov 15 | |||
I placed an order on Snapdeal for Corfit Mattress and Prestige Pressure Cooker bearing order id [protected] on 2nd Nov 2015. At that time, there was an offer running on HDFC Bank credit card that on paying through HDFC bank credit card, customer will get 10% cash back which will be processed in coming days. But even after 5 months of order, I have not received any cashback from them. I raised a complain around 20 days back and they called me up and let me know that it will be done in 3 to 4 days, but they have not done. After that I have raised complain 3-4 times but now even snapdeal is not bother to reply me. It seems that that offer was a fake one and they are not willing to process my cashback. Now I am looking to file a case in consumer court if they don;t process it because it's all about breaching trust of customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
