[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — No refund since 1.5 month | |||
hello, i have purchased reebok floaters from snapdeal.com, but because there was an issue regarding size, i plaaned to return it back. i have followed the exact guidelines for return policy and did whatever i was told from snapdal. i had return it to the bluedart service on 12th august, 2014 as snapdeal had arranged reverse pickup. i had informed to snapdeal that i had returned it as i was told to do so., i was not told to collect any type of receipt from bluedart. till now, i have mailed them every another day. but they always told " we are working on that" some of their executive asked me whether i had collected any receipt from bluedart?? i told that i was not informed to do so .and they replied me "ok we will informed you later" its about one and half month and still they are telling " w r working on that" and trying for, if i give up.. but i m not going to give up, i m attaching, what they had told me to do return process, which i had followed exactly. i also want to submit this in consumer court. do needful thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
