[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Non acceptance of substandard product within the return period

I have purchased several products from snapdeal based on their easy return trust pay policy. However, after receiving the products, there are three products that I have received, which are not as described & I immediately requested for a refund & requested them to pick the products. These are normal household articles, which are returnable. However, snapdeal is not willing to these back. I am feeling cheated & am never purchasing anything from snapdeal ever again. I will also have to lodge a complaint with the Consumer Court as this is a fraud case. Snapdeal is going against their advertised return policy. Also one of the products that I purchased for Rs 899/- from them has not been delivered by them & they are not willing to assist me & are not reverting back to my several mails & calls made to them.
