Order no [protected] Rs 37803 was cancelled on 02.10.16 and the estimated refund was shown as 8.10.16. But till today no refund is initiated and no updated message coming. Nor in the website I can found any complaint redressal section which is very annoying. Rs 37803 is a big amount and I ask Snapdeal whether they will pay interest for that. It was only because of the estimated time I have cancelled the order. If the amount credit takes so much time how can I place another order?? Snapdeal should think about that.

    Hello, I raised complain 4 times to refund the money but still they have not resolved my issue, very unprofessional and pathetic company. They are cheaters. I have wasted 1 week following up with them for the status update but they always say it will be resolved soon, but still they have not taken any action. Please someome look into this issue. I will never recommend Snapdeal to anyone or buy anything moving forward.

      I had ordered a Redmi Note 3 device on 09/10/2016. The device was not shipped even on 13/10/2016. So i went ahead and cancelled the order. I got a confirmation from costumer service that the cancellation request is taken and the refund would be processed within 48 hours. Its already 2 days and the status is still "Ready to be dispatched" When contacted about this to costumer service, they now claim they have no clue about the device status and hence the cancellation cannot be done. My money is already deducted, I have no even received the device and neither Snapdeal has any clue where the device is. How ethical is this Snapdeal?       I have waited enough and no developments and support from your customer support. All they ask is to wait. I was told 3 days ago to wait till today to get my refund initiated. But today i get message that my cancelled order is late and it will be delivered by 2nd of next month. How pathetic this service is? Why would i want to get a cancelled order delivered?

        Sir,
        Being loyal customer of Snapdeal I had ordered a Micromax mobile phone & Power Bank through Snapdeal vide order no [protected] on 5/10/2016. But mistakenly instead of Mobile phone, Two Logitech Keyboard have been delivered to me on 6/10/2016. First time such a big mistake done by Snapdeal staff.

        I had raised the issue with customer care for replacement vide ticket no 31572896 and Snapdeal Engineer has inspected the faulty product and assured me for earliest replacement in 2-3 days on 7/10/2016.
        The product was reverse picked up on 9/10/2016 but till date I have not received the mobile which I ordered on 5/10/2016 and paid money in advance.

        I am calling customer care on +91-[protected] on daily basis but despite 30 mins waiting time nobody is picking my call. I am experiencing harassment first time from the services of Snapdeal and I would never place any order in future due to this bad experience. The 7 days replacement guarantee policy has also been failed in my case.

        Kindly send my replacement product as soon as possible failing which I had to take legal action for this mental agony and unfair trade practice by Snapdeal.

          We ordered a 3 inch foam mattress, one month back. There was no cash on delivery option so we paid the money online. We are still waiting for it to be derived. It was supposed to be delivered on 8 th but no sign of it. The call center number is a farce with no agent to speak to directly. You only have to keep pressing buttons to select different options till you get fed up and hang up the phone.

                        in your adress, then i wait for 2 hours then i call again to customer helpline and talk to mr. santosh
                        he also saying that sir just wait for two hour i wait, finally i talk to girl excutive and she's want finished the call and
                        says sir wait at 8 pm. if delivery boy not deliverd your order then we will taking further action against
                        this problem, i was saying that ok, but now i was call at 7:30 pm the customer care IVR give instruction this service is only at 7:00

                          Non acceptance of substandard product within the return period

                          I ordered Bebo multi color crepe dress worth Rs 495 on date 13 Oct 2016 at approx. 10:52 pm and paid the amount by Net Banking (Axis Bank). After successful completion of transaction money was deducted from my account at around 10:56 pm but the order was not placed and no order information is available on Snapdeal. So i re-ordered the product on Cash On Delivery thinking the money will be refunded automatically. But it was not refunded so please look into the matter for refund.

                            I ordered nike shoe on 10th oct 2016 through your mobile app but when i received the order it was torn black leather shoe which are ages old. I tried to return the order but the invoice number is incorrect hence i had to cancel the order please look into order i.d- [protected] & sub order i.d [protected].

                            This is pure shame of snapdeal they have false dealer who cheat on their customer i would request you to take serious actions again them as it is because of them your reputation is going down

                              I ordered a Puma Shoe worth Rs.999 on 18th September'2016.But due to some reasons I cancelled my order on 30th September'2016.I used debit card to pay the amount.I was assured that my refund would be initiated as quick as possible. The delivery was attempted and as per your advice I returned it.I have not got my refund till now.Also it is showing that the delivery was successful though I returned the product.I want my refund as quick as possible.

                                I have bought one wall clock and for that I have made payment but order got unsuccessful and amount rs.334/- got debited from my account. Got msg that we will refund this amount..as it happens with Paytm n Flipkart and they use to refund into same account..then again second time I have order the same item and it got placed successfully n amount debited from my account.

                                For first amount they not refunded me despite of several mail n sending bank statement.
                                Such cheap organization..no business ethics. Poor Snapdeal

                                      An LED Wybor F1-W32N06 was purchased, from SNAPDEAL, and the parcel was delivered on 8th October, 2016. On opening of Packing, surprisingly the product was found in broken condition. Complaint was lodged on 10th October, 2016, within stipulated period. Replacement was assured and pick up was scheduled, and then rescheduled. It is hereby being brought to your notice that NO ONE EVER VISITED TO PICK THE PARCEL, BUT INSTEAD SUBMITTED FAKE REPORTS TO THE EFFECT THAT THE ATTEMPT TO PICK WAS UNSUCCESSFUL. IT IS REALLY AN ACT LIKE UNBECOMING A GOOD BUSINESS PORTAL FOR ONLINE SHOPPING. The practice seems to be a malpractice by the pick up agency, which needs a serious check on the part of Snapdeal.
                                      You are hereby informed to take notice of the above facts, concede the same, and direct your pick up agency to do the needful for picking up the article, and also inform the contact number of the person supposed to visit my place, with prior intimation of expected time and date of his visit, in order to insure the proper follow up of the complaint.
                                      In the event to any further fake information or malpractice, I shall be constrained to initiate legal proceedings in the appropriate court of law, and in that particular eventuality, you shall be liable for the entire costs of litigation.
