[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — non receipt of refund on cancelled order | |
My order id is [protected], i had cancelled my order still money was debited from my account. The procuct was a pair of womens sandals. I have constantly been trying to get in touch with their customer support team but they refuse to help saying an update on the matter has been provided but no response has been recieved. I have been trying to tell them my original mode of payment has expired and money should be returned to a different account but no response is received. I feel cheated.
