I have ordered one aayu home gold 850ml water copper bottle on 17jul 19 from snapdeal.com. Which is delivered on 23 jul 19. Sir, product delivered is totally different from ordered product. Than i raised return request against the product. Snapdeal detailed ecom express courier service for pick up the product. Which is scheduled on 26 jul 19, whole day i waited for pick up the product, but product not picked by courier. Than i got message from snapdeal saying that your address is not reachable. Than i rescheduled my return request but same thing happened again. Then after i closed my return request to raise fresh return request again. But there is no option for raise return request again in my order section of my account in snapdeal.com. I mailed so many emails on [protected]@snapdeal.com but no one guide me for that, except saying your item will be picked up in next 2-3days keep item ready. Lastly yesterday i got message from snapdeal.com saying that your return request closed. I requested so many times for how to raise return request again. But all in vain.
Kindly look into this matter and refund my amount.
