Hi, i've paid 535 for my order with my snapdeal hdfc e vourcher which i recieved from hdfc bank for my reward points on credit card. And i've paid delivery charges of 29 rupess with my credit card.
I've returned the order and received only refund of 29 on my credit card n never received a refund of 535 which i've paid using snapdeal hdfc e vourcher. Sub order id: [protected]

I've contacted snapdeal twice before returning the item to confirm that i'll get the full refund and the snapdeal associates confirmed that i'll get the full refund that is 564 but i got only 29

    Hi team,

    Items missing in the snapdeal order id: [protected]

    I received the packet from xpressbees courier service yesterday i. E, 22nd july 2019 at 5:50pm.
    I have asked the courier boy why the parcel is tampered in the bottom of the box. He told this tampering happens due to transportation and the box inside the package is fine right he added.

    Product name : ticker me3083 leather analog men’s watch

    Then i paid the amount through paytm to the courier boy.

    As i’m working on night shift and i should not take the parcels inside office i kept the parcel in the locker.
    Today morning i. E 23rd july 2019, when i opened the cardboard box there is no product inside the box. It has only the fossil box and the book inside it. Lot of covers stuffed inside it.

    Never expected this from snapdeal. Horrible experience.

    After contacting snapdeal support, they told it will take 7 days to investigate and resolve the issue but not resolved any issue.

    Promised time is 7 days and completed but still no resolution is given. How bad the service is when the whole item is missing for the customer. How irrespfonsible the team is!

    Provided the required trustpay claim form as well.

    Please help me on this.

    As mentioned by Snapdeal.com Customer Care in the comment section that team is working on it then why the issue is closed in my snapdeal Account ?

    If the issue is under investigation why the Return request is closed ?
    I need a resolution for this.
    Its been 14 days for now i have raised this concerns but no response yet.

    Snapdeal support but received no response from them.
    It’s been almost 20days from the complaint lodged but no response from Snapdeal CS.

    I want my money back as soon as possible.

      I have ordered 3 items a bag and 2 wallet but the bag size was big than i expected and the wallet quality was not fine so returned the items but i didnt get my refund and no progress in their returning process and no notification about the refund. Even i have submitted the query about the refund and they emailed me that they have sent me a support message but i cant do anything with the message so i am totally helples so please help me

        I have ordered 2 fastrack watches on snapdeal.

        In the pictures it claims genuine product and had a 4 star rating.
        I even checked the reviews which says genuine product for both the watches.

        Later when the first watch got delivered... It was in an old fastrack casing. The watch was absolutely fake!!!

        Weird thing is that... On the website it shows a different serial number... On box another... And on the tag of the watch another serial number.

        I returned the watch and cancelled the other watch too.

        So sad that a company like snapdeal sells fake watches and wastes the valuable time of the public.

              non receipt of refund on cancelled order

              My order id is [protected], i had cancelled my order still money was debited from my account. The procuct was a pair of womens sandals. I have constantly been trying to get in touch with their customer support team but they refuse to help saying an update on the matter has been provided but no response has been recieved. I have been trying to tell them my original mode of payment has expired and money should be returned to a different account...

                I ordered a replacement as snapdeal gave old stock product of 2018 of mrp-364. Again the seller send me the same product as replacement and this time i can't replace it. The product sd gives, looks like xerox copy of the original book. Totally fraud on the copyright issue. Why are you cheating your customers like that. I have attached the image of the replaced product i got and the original i ordered of 440 rupees.

                  I ordered 3 items 2 were same & one was another product so what snapdel did was delivered that onejnique product 2 times and took money from me on COD for all 3 and now not refunding my money back.This has been the second time I have refund issues with snapdeal bad service.

                        I have ordered one aayu home gold 850ml water copper bottle on 17jul 19 from snapdeal.com. Which is delivered on 23 jul 19. Sir, product delivered is totally different from ordered product. Than i raised return request against the product. Snapdeal detailed ecom express courier service for pick up the product. Which is scheduled on 26 jul 19, whole day i waited for pick up the product, but product not picked by courier. Than i got message from snapdeal saying that your address is not reachable. Than i rescheduled my return request but same thing happened again. Then after i closed my return request to raise fresh return request again. But there is no option for raise return request again in my order section of my account in snapdeal.com. I mailed so many emails on [protected]@snapdeal.com but no one guide me for that, except saying your item will be picked up in next 2-3days keep item ready. Lastly yesterday i got message from snapdeal.com saying that your return request closed. I requested so many times for how to raise return request again. But all in vain.
                        Kindly look into this matter and refund my amount.

                            Snapdeal sold me fake shoes. That was good in quality when u see it first time. But worst when wearing it. Totally fake. Have wasted my money.                               Order id:[protected] .I purchased shoe rack from snapdeal.i recieved the product on 24th july 2019 .As it was not good i marked return request but when i saw on 25th july the order states that your request is closed without informing me anything .As per policy i can return that product within 7 days.i called customer care and no executive is there to pick call only machine is answering calls that your request is being reviewed.its been 6 days now .no revert recieved .i have marked mail to still no revert.kindly refund my hard earned money and take back your product

                                I placed return request as soon as i recieved the order. They showed that the order in under return process. One day a messaged popped saying that a particular guy will pickup the order but he didnt come when i saw the app it said the pickup was unsuccessful then from last 5 days there is no message regarding the pickup and the app does not provide any useful detail but it only shows pickup resheduled

                                  I bought a casio gshock watch on sale and it was dublicate so i made a return option. Then a delivery guy raman took back that watch but later i got a msg saying ur pickup was unsuccessful i ve msg snapdeal about it but nothing is done. It seems they intensely do this cause at last customer has nothing in evidance but to complain here like this please check upon this i dont want these frauds sellers to win. When the pick up was done they did not provide any recipt and said it will be updated in ur ph mmsg but the msg said pick was unsuccessful... Return order was picked up but no update was done by the courier guy (Rana barman). My order was registered by this mobile no. [protected] under name nikunj thapa, novembernix tattoo, ambuja city center, matigara siliguri wb. But today i got call from that courier saying that courier guy raman did not put the feed so the return order is still pending and said to re schedule the pick up again though he has already taken back the order. Please help me with this one. I ve attached few msg that came to me.

                                    Sir in the era of modern science we the teenagers suffer a lot because we does no what is real or duplicate .Iam telling like becoz on 23 July I brought a watch of fastrack of rupees 475 but when I got it it was seems duplicate so I try to refund it.I brought the watch from my pocket money at last my product picked up on 29 July but the app notified me that your refund initiated and I scared and I call to customer care it told my money refunded and plz check my account but sadly no money credited my account.I also called yono customer care he told that no time required to refund money when the company refund it will directly credited my account.I am also not able to talk with Snapdeal customer care directly.So kindly help me . And I kindly request not make trouble to customer otherwise every one will scared to buying product online. Thank you I have faith on you so kindly refund my money.

                                      Snapdeal is selling fake products under the label of luxury lifestyle brand and using their name.
                                      I ordered a tommy hilfiger bagpack.
                                      To my surprise when after a month or so i took it out for use, i could notice that even the spelling of "tommy hilfiger" was wrong on the bag.
                                      Quality was poor and anyone can make out that it's fake.
                                      Will take it to consumer court as this has to be exposed so that common man doesn't fall prey to such companies where they make money by looting us.
