I ordered 3 items 2 were same & one was another product so what snapdel did was delivered that onejnique product 2 times and took money from me on COD for all 3 and now not refunding my money back.This has been the second time I have refund issues with snapdeal bad service....

Snapdeal is selling fake products under the label of luxury lifestyle brand and using their name.
I ordered a tommy hilfiger bagpack.
To my surprise when after a month or so i took it out for use, i could notice that even the spelling of "tommy hilfiger" was wrong on the bag.
Quality was poor and anyone can make out that it's fake.

I ordered one Titan women wrist watch from snapdeal.com and today i received the item. As i unpacked it i found it a duplicate one. To confirm my doubt i went to Titan showroom where they also told me that it is a duplicate watch. Then i called to consumer care no of Titan then they told me to complain in consumer forum. Please take this further so that my problem is resolved asap....
