1.i am order LE ECO 1S mobile on 09 nov 2016 the product was delivered me on 12 nov 2016.
• 2. when I purchases this mobile this offer is available With 14-Day Easy Returns policy, you are eligible for Return / Replace till 14 days after delivery. Use Return / Replace options on My Orders.
2. when I open the box the deta cable, eject sim tool, ear phone was not found in it box .and the mobile was heating very fast and more heating in just in atime then hang the mobile .
3.i am lodge a complaint on
snapdeal coustmare care on 12nov 2016 the product is incomplete assercries and the phone is heat very fast in just a time so I requested to you please replace my produt as soon as .
4.my main problem is the mobile phone heating more amd moe and very fast and then hang the mobile so I requested to you pleasedo personal interested and solve my problem as soon as please replace my mobile .
Then 21 nov they are call me the product was not refund when I told why they are disconnected my call
He told me the 400 hundred rs are credit in my a/c but not any amount was credit in bank status shown and the amount is very low to service this phone .
And market perice of his assessries is very high and coustly . so main problem is heating and hanging
When I call to
snapdeal coustmar care he asked me to go le ceo service centre the address is cyber tech ploat no HA 14 city centre sec-4 bokaro .jharkhand and I am goto service the woner was say me this is not a le eco sevice centre I am very thrusted and my money was spend about 600 hundred because the service centre distance about 200km the money was spand by
snapdeal coustmare care and this address was told me a
snapdeal coustmare care .
So I requested to you please do some right dessigion about this product please I am very poor family I requested to you please do some personnaly extra effort and do right product and complete product for me please sirkindly requested to you please .thanku
