Snapdeal.com — Not received my Data entry project payment

I took a data entry job request from snapdeal 3 months ago.they asked me for project payment initially which is 700 rupees and I paid it. I completed my work before time. And when demanded for payment they charged me again in the name of insurance and then for my bank related issues. And now the refund which I must receive is 45, 988.00 rs. The refund they Claimed that I will get is after 45 days from the date I signed the refund letter.Now it's been around 3 month and I have not received my refund. I have an agreement which I signed and also the mail conversations. Kindly find the attachment regarding the proof of conversation.I have attached the entire conversation done via email.
