Kindly action it regarding the product.
Please help us regarding issue

We have received otg connection kit from delhivery courier awb no.[protected], cod amount rs - 699 /=. But we were not any order your website/ phone. Packet outer shipping slip write product content - pendrive, but packet inside product otg connection kit approx price : rs.50/=..
Please refund our amount rs-699/=
