[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Order ID: [protected] | |||||
I returned a Revolt tablet ordered at Snapdeal through Shadowfax courier service. Snapdeal called me up to upload the receipt at [protected]@snapdeal.com. However, delivery sent through gmail and yahoo failed and snapdeal message said that they do not handle queries anymore, but provide a link of "customer contact care". The site has no link to upload the receipt/ bill. Since then I have not receive any contact from them. And they cannot be contacted, they have no customer call service. I ordered it on 6, promptly received the next day, i.e, 7 and returned it on 9. Was this information helpful? | |||||
