[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Order not placed, amount debited | |||||
Order placed for pigeon rapido cute induction cooker and we wanted to pay through net banking. After finishing all formalities and the amount being deducted from my account, snapdeal says "don't panic, your order was not complete" or something on those lines. We then get an sms from snapdeal saying your order was not processed and the amount is credited back to your account.. This happened last night on 7th oct at about 9:30 pm... Its now 8th oct 12:20 pm... And the money has not been credited back to my axis bank account. Kindly do the needful, so i can finally place my order.
