Dear sir, I booked Blue star 1.5 ton 3 star AC on 20 Oct, 2016 and my Order ID: is [protected], I am in receipt just one box which contains only Indoor unit on 28 Oct through Fedex Courier. Compressor and other fitting accessories were not received, immediately on same day and time i registered the complaint with your customer complaint at [protected] which was not properly answered yet. I have the recording for the delivery of the partial product i.e indoor unit which may be used as evidence in legal consequences if any, hope I will get the remaining outdoor unit at earliest.
