[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — poor and quality of product and missing quantity

My email id is [protected]@gmail.com and contact number is [protected] from which i ordered on 30th may on snapdeal a combo pack of 1 bottle loreal shampoo and 2 bottles of conditioners (Order id: [protected]) but on 3rd june i received 1 bottle of shampoo and only 1 bottle of conditioner and the products seemed to be used with dirty bottles, immdiately i created a return requestd and during the quality check i was accused that the product is missing, they finally brought back the damaged products and didnt refunded the amount and no action was taken on the poor quality of product. I guess its the companies duty to cross check the delivered quantity and the quality. There is no contact number of the company nor they replied me on chat.
