[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — product not delivered after 1 month | |||
Order no.: [protected] Order was placed on 5th aug with full payment. However, even after 1 month the order has not been even dispatched. The website still mentions delivery date of 16 aug even though the order hasn't even been dispatched yet. Complaints to the helpline have not produced any result. Snapdeal isn't cancelling my order. It has been a week since you nod my complaint and yet you haven't done jackshit about it. Perhaps it is beyond your capability to deliver a product ever. Don't bother, I will order the product from Amazon or Flipkart. I have no more faith in you ever delivering anything. Just refund my money.
