[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Refund cheating

One of the worst customer care department ever.Very rude and zero knowledgeable representatives. I have raised a complaint and they are trying to put the blame on my bank instead of solving it. They gave me one fake refund reference number which my bank can't even find. Such a cheap trick played by snapdeal to fool customers.If my issue is not resolved in a week I will register a complaint in consumer court.

Sir I bought 2 pair of shoes till morning but due to some address problem I cancelled the order but the money I have paid has not yet received!
The amount is 1038.
Kindly please refund the money as the status on the app is showing that the money is refunded.

Delivery was too late for both the items. It was written to give delivery in 6 to8 days. & it took 18 to 20 days. To reach my order. This time I don't know why delivery is too late.

On 15-12-16, I paid Rs. 1, 100/- for my order on Snapdeal via my SBI credit card no. xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-9472. The amount is claimed by Snapdeal still they are denying and neither delivering the product to me nor the refund.

Not delivered the product and hasn't refund my money. Please take some steps against it I have ordered a mouth freshener and they cancel the product because they can't fulfill it and I have paid through debit card so neither they delivered the product nor my refund money so please refund my money
