Even after multiple follow up with customer care multiple times I am yet to receive the refund against order no. [protected], other details below while the item has been duly returned as per their instruction. I ordered a pair of sandal of size 8 but I recived size 6 so I gave a request for refund and then I received a message that the order would be picked up within 3 days and after a few days a man from the JV EXPRESS picked up the order from my house and gave me a recipt and told me to cheak my email on that day for the refund issue but after 2 days also i did not rreceived any email .
