I had ordered maroon v neck sweater from snapdeal on 3rd february 2017 which i returned afterwards and was expecting refund. They delayed the refund initially and it was intiated on 24 feb 2017. When after 15 days also i didnt receive any refund i called them many times for the same. They gave me transaction nos. Reference nos which the sbi absolutely denied and said they are of no use as the amount will directly reflect in my account. I have been calling snapdeal almost everyday and message them innumerable times for my refund but they just provide me with some nos and despite of sharing my bank statements and mini statements with them as a proof i havent received my refund till now. Its been 3 mnths now. If snapdeal has genuinely refunded the amount they should talk to the bank about it directly as bank is not approving their nos but they are not doing anything except for providing fake nos. Help me getting my refund amount of rs. 1450 at the earliest as its already too late.
