I don't know why i believe snapdeal... I have to slap myself for that... I bought a shirt... With order id:[protected].. Later i cancelled my order because the shirt is soo small than the size mentioned.. So i place return... And they picked up the shirt... It has been 11 days... Till i didn't get any refund...in app it's showing as refund successful.. What the hell is this.. When i tried to take customer care help it's showing suggestions... That are pre existed.. The mail id for communication is not working... Then why the mentioned useless mail id.. To make the customer frustrated?? What ever... I ordered through snapdeal... So i want to get refund from it... Hi don't want to contact my bank for it... Why i have to contact them... U people are able to deduct money from my account when i placed an order.. But you are not able to refund back... How irresponsible... Iam going to file a cases against u in two days

      I applied for affiliate account on 21 dec 2016. In revert I got mail that they will response with in 48 hours. Since then I am waiting for there response but they are not replying.
      I have sent over 7 mails in last 5 months but they dont have enough time to give response my email. Its still in pending mode.

      No wonder they are about to get sold. With that attitude you one can survive in this market.

      Read all the comments about snapdeal, every one keep saying that their support team is one of the worst team in india. They reply until they dont want.

      But I am still looking for your response. My email - crazyeno***@gmail.com. Search similar id in your database and do reply if you get time.

        Snapdeal not refund me my money Also keep the product which i returned in addition blocked my account saying that they reviewed my account and found some transaction that do not pass

        This is my order id for the U.S Polo assn. blue casuals regular fit shirt .i ordered and when the product got delivered to me i don't like the product .So i requested for return and it got picked up by the courier on 27 March 2017 . After 1month of follow up with sanpdeal on 23April 2017 mail from Snapdeal says they declined my refund request that in account there is discrepancy in my account / some of the transaction that do not pass our internal check. Which transaction they suspected really i dont no. i have send 2 mail to snapdeal to let me know which are this transaction. Yet know mail from them.

        *Now they kept my money and product too* This is too much.
        The refund was supposed to be completed by now.but it is still pending after 32days.
        Please review this complaint at the earliest and refund my money as soon as possible or it would force me to steps fierce actions

            This is for your kind infornation that snap deal dispatched my courier order no. [protected] placed on 21/4/2017. Courier boy come to deliver my parcel on 29/4/2017. He did"t show my parcel and demand for payment before delivery & misbehave me. He did't deliver the parcel and he said to me that he will cancel this parcel.               I have bought samsung earphone. After receiving i have checked and found that left earbud was working properly. So, i decided to return this item and get my money back. I have done the process required for return and refund. After calling so many times they came to take item. Then it was time for refunding money. But i didn't get my money back, i have returned my item on 31st of march. It's been one month i am trying to get my money back. I have called so somany times, customer services are saying that there is some problem by bank side. So, i have given my alternate account also. Still didn't get my money back.
              Now, i am thinking i did mistake by ordering through snapdeal. Totally frustrated, i am not going to order next time by snapdeal. Sorry!!!

                  My Order ID is [protected]. Placed this order on 14 April, 2017 for Mc Coy Major Air Cooler. Received a faulty product on 16 April, 2017.

                  Raised a replacement request as per your policies on 18th April and the product was picked up on 20 April, 2017. I tried to reach you a number of times from my registered mobile number but sadly till date the option to talk to customer care is not available when I call from registered mobile number.

                  From 20 April (when the faulty product was picked up) I waited patiently till 24 April when the replacement status in the app was changed to "Replacement Approved" and expected shipping date for replacement as 25 April, 2016. All this while I didn't get any call or sms from you may be because your plan was never shipping the replacement.

                  When the replacement was not shipped till afternoon of 26 April, I called from a friend's number (because I had option to talk to customer care whenever I called on [protected]. The person on call told me to wait on line so that he could update me but he deliberately cut the call without updating me. An hour later I got a call from an unknown person who told me that "we can't deliver the replacement" and just disconnected the call without bothering to tell me the reason or talk about refund.

                  Now again I was the one who had to take my friend's phone and call you again and till time the customer care executive told me "they some discrepancy has been found in your account so we can't process the replacement, instead we can refund the amount paid by you and that will take 24 hours our team will look into it". You keep me in darkness for 7 days since the cooler was picked and all of sudden you find a discrepancy when I myself called you.

                  The moment I disconnected the call, I got an email saying "We can't complete your return request" Few minutes later another email and you try to threaten me by saying that "we will be unable to complete your request and your account will be suspended."

                  Since then that on 26 April, 2017 I have been waiting for the information on refund. And when I called you today I was put on hold for 51 minutes and the final reply the person on call gave me was "We can't refund. Can't even give replacement"

                  Give me REPLACEMENT or MY MONEY BACK.

                  Don't EAT MY hard earned MONEY without any reason or fault of mine. Order ID is [protected]

                  My Order ID is [protected].

                  I had placed an order worth Rs 4890 for Mc Coy Major Air Cooler on 14 April, 2017.

                  I Received a faulty product on 17 April, 2017.

                  Raised a replacement request as per Snapdeal's policies on 18 April.

                  Snapdeal was very quick in picking up the Faulty Product and it was picked up on 20 April, 2017.

                  6 days after picking up the product on 24 April it was updated in the order history that your replacement is approved and will be shipped by April 25. However, this did not happened and I received no call or email or sms from Snapdeal's side after picking up the call.

                  After trying to call from my registered number 10-15 times I could not find an option to talk to the customer care. So I called from another number on 27 April and I was told due to some issues we can send the replacement and will give you the refund. But after disconnecting the call I got an email saying we can't give refund and your Snapdeal will be suspended.

                  For last 4 days I am getting the same emails and customer care representatives are saying do whatever you want "We can't give refund" for no reason

                  Give my money back now. Don't just eat someone's hard earned money!

                          I have ordered a Gym product from snapdeal worth Rs 4900. We dont liked the product & requested for a refund. The took the product back after about 10 days making daily calls & message that it would be returned today. After 10 days they took back the item & after 5-6 days they said that it doesnot meet their check. Snapdeal reurned the item to me. After 4-5 days the delivered only 1 consignment out of 3. After making many calls from last 1 month they are they are registering complains but not doing any action. After 1 month they are saying that they could not deliver the whole product & take a refund of Rs. 400. For an equipment worth Rs5000 how can anyone take Rs400. Now customer care is saying that they cannot do any thing. Please help me out.

I fail to understand when I am interested how your courier has failed to deliver. This is the behaviour with defence people, what way they will behave with others one can guess. Their site shows that the product is 100% genuine. Even sent photos of delivered product to them. But now they have stopped responding.
                              No wonder the company is selling their office and other properties. Have registered a grievance with department of consumer affairs (Complaint number is 247802) and now see what happens.
                              Avoid snapdeal... It's an fradulant company.

                                The product I received was a used one. When I contacted the company they picked up the product from me but are not refunding my money. I have made numerous calls to them but they don't take any action on the complaint. the product is an Bvlgari Blu perfume. I have a receipt from the courier company that picked up the product but Snapdeal is not acknowledging my return and not refunding my money.

                                  Hello snapdeal team..
                                  I purchased this mobile of videocon krypton 3 v50jg in rs 5999 from your site on 24th of jan 2017. It was delivered but with manufacturing fault. I contacted and complained to your technical team and they adviced me to go to the service center of videocon. I visited there and they sent mobile phone to their factory workshop and after a month they gave me doa certificate with special customer replacement certificate and told me to return it back to the snapdeal. I sent a mail attaching the pics of packed pcs of handset to snapdeal customers care. From then they are giving me a date to pick up but its not picked up yet.
                                  I always updated the detais, provided my bank details and made calls to customer executive but as usual i was said that they will solve the issue in 24 hours and pick up will done in next 2-3 days but they rescheduled the date and postponing the pick up date.
                                  I am a regular customer of snapdeal but this time my money is stuck from 4 months and i am totally unsatisfied and highly disappointed.
                                  I am totally harrased by the snapdeal company.
                                  I request you to please solve this matter asap.

                                  Yesterday i got a call from snapdeal team and they assure me that their courier service vulcan express will pick up the product from my address and confirmed to solve my problem. Estimated pick up date was showing 1st may on my snapdeal app in my cell after the conversation with senior executive of snapdeal but today it's showing 2nd may. As expected again they rescheduled the pick up date. I cant trust on snapdeal and their courier service vulcan express any more.
                                  By providing such a pathetic service snapdeal is now cheating its customers.
                                  Cant believe such a big and known company snapdeal is doing this.

                                  On 28th of April seniors team head vikas called me up and verified my compalaint by himself and assure me that my problem will be solved within 2 days but again the same thing happened. No one came to pick up the product and pic up date is rescheduled.
                                  I am not understanding why the hell they are doing this. Even they dont provide us the contact details of courier service which is updating that the return was unsuccessful so they are rescheduling the pick up date.
                                  Its a shame to snapdeal team that there is no cooperation between their departments. They are just fooling us.
                                  Sir, its a one more time a humble request to solve my issue and do refund asap.

                                  Today a man from vulcan courier service came and picked up the phone from my address. He only took a signature of mine on a paper but refused to give me pick up receipt. After a short argument and when i made a call to help Center of snapdeal, he gave me the receipt. Within the 2 hours snapdeal refunded the amt in my account.
                                  It was my 1st time a bad journey with snapdeal but with a happy ending.

                                    My Suborder Id: [protected] and the delivery and courier tracking no is P[protected].

                                    The order was scheduled to be delivered at my place on 26 Apr, I received a message from snapdeal that the delivery of my order was attempted but could not be completed due to certain reasons.

                                    Therefore, it was rescheduled for 27th which is today. The same message I have received even today that order could not be delivered.

                                    Can you please let me know what's the issue with delivery. i have not received any call whatsoever both on primary as well as secondary contact numbers. Neither you are messaging me the delivery person's contact number.

                                    This is really embarassing situation for me, given that there is no other way to contact you guys. Your call centre service is simply pathetic and one cannot simply reach a person on the other end. I tried to track the order via the courier website also, but no luck.

                                    Can you please let me know the issue with delivery by contacting the courier person. This is simply not done that your company is dropping a message every morning without the delivery being actually attempted and without giving us any call.

                                      I have filed complaint against snapdeal on 21 april 17. After filing the complaint for a refund issue i received a call from snapdeal rep. Rahul tripathi by snapdeal registered customer care no[protected]. And he asked me to sharing card details to refund initiate. And during refund process 5 calls received from snapdeal registered customer care no.[protected]. And after disconnecting the call i received 2 msg. O[censored]nauthorised withdrawn 10000 each (Tatal20000). I called to snapdeal but they denied also then i lodged a fir against snapdeal cust. Care no.[protected]. No response or refund of my account with 20000 is credited till date. Pl. Do necessary action immediate.
