I had placed an order worth Rs 4890 for Mc Coy Major Air Cooler on 14 April, 2017.
I Received a faulty product on 17 April, 2017.
Raised a replacement request as per Snapdeal's policies on 18 April.
Snapdeal was very quick in picking up the Faulty Product and it was picked up on 20 April, 2017.
6 days after picking up the product on 24 April it was updated in the order history that your replacement is approved and will be shipped by April 25. However, this did not happened and I received no call or email or sms from Snapdeal's side after picking up the call.
After trying to call from my registered number 10-15 times I could not find an option to talk to the customer care. So I called from another number on 27 April and I was told due to some issues we can send the replacement and will give you the refund. But after disconnecting the call I got an email saying we can't give refund and your Snapdeal will be suspended.
For last 4 days I am getting the same emails and customer care representatives are saying do whatever you want "We can't give refund" for no reason
Give my money back now. Don't just eat someone's hard earned money!
