Ordered leeco phone - had issues on day1 - your engineer also verified the defect -after n calls/mails you finally pickup back - after few weeks and numerous calls/mails not even a single response about refund. Sent a mail to kunal & rohit as well & awaiting response. Check your emails to understand my frustration. I am going to do following (starting monday 10th july) if this is resolved immediately: 1.
