[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Return request closed even before 7 days return policy

They are not taking my khadi sandalwood moisturizer back. I am not at all satisfied. With the product quality because its not the original product i use. Since i dont want compromise with the product quality i want to return it and refund my money.And they are saying the return request has been closed even before 7 days. Please help me in returning the product back.
