Hello, I have order Samsung 43J5100 Full HD 1080 led TV 43" from Snapdeal on 20th Oct 2015 prise 26999 with courier charges of 699 and delivery was supposed to be done by or before 2nd Nov 2015, however after 11 days I am getting to know that Vendor/merchant does not have LED in stock and order is getting delayed. when I am searching for the product even now it is showing In Stock, this is cheating and misleading for Customers who put the order and the money is deducted and there is not even a single satisfactory answer or response or any courtesy call from Snapdeal made to me in order to let me know what to do next. For 11 Days the status was Vendor informed to process the order and this status was put on the day i put my order. If the product was not available with the Vendor how could snapdeal show the status In Stock on their website which is very misleading for the customers. I need a very strict action against the Snapdeal so that other innocent customers could not be tricked into spending money on orders and have to suffer without getting their products delivered. Even after repeated calls made to customer care, I am not getting the response and delivery of the product ordered.
