Yesterday i received a letter from post which mentioned i have won 1 lakh in cash with a certificate and a scratch card.in the scratch card it was mentioned that i have won 10 lakhs in total 11 lakh rupees as an anniversary celebrations lucky draw.
Presently i am not using your online shopping site for last few years. I have noticed a similar complaints in this site so i am reporting it you to take actions. Already i am aware of these frauds. Please confirm that customer information is not being leaked to third party from your side, which is serious issue.
I have already submitted complaint to cyber police for further investigation, as your reply to previous complaint of another customer seems not satisfactory. Since these fraud guys are your brand name and logo in their fake letter you are responsible to legal action against them. I am sharing the photo of received letter certificate and scratch card and sender details available in the envelope. If you are not even taking any action, it is better for us to quit from all online shopping sites since our information are being shared without our consent
