I had purchased the tv on 22/4/16; since i was not satisfied with the size of the tv, my tv was taken back for refund on 2/5/16

Even after six months, i am yet to get the refund nor my product was delivered
In spite of ringing up to the customer care almost daily for the past five months and even after sending three e-mails, the issue is still not resolved
I have documentary proof of all the communications which has happened so far and also the acknowledgement of having taken the tv on 2/5/16
This has caused me great mental torture
