    I have purched dell adaptor from snapdeal which had 1 year 9f warrenty, it stopped working in 5 months and when i complained dell then got to know that snapdeal provided duplicate adaptor . I have complaint snapdeal and they asked for writing confirmation from dell which i have provided. Its more than 8 days but no update, tried calling customer care but their lines are always busy. Need my entire money back

        On 14oct2016 I just order 2 sport shoes from snapdeal and made an online payment. But further on I just got an delivery of just 1 product and my 2 product is still pending and on track record it is shown as closed since 14oct2016.

          Dear Sir,

          In the Month of August i had order an home gym on cod basis as the material received on 10th august but its a partial quantity received later i requested to send the balance material then they said we are unable to deliver the balance material and scheduled for return pickup upon refund but from them to till now no one has came for return pickup and i was continuously calling the customer care they bluffed me simply saying that we will arrange the pickup within 2 days with the same ans they had passed the time for two months when i called the customer care on 19th october 2016 they had said like there is no chance for return pickup as the request is closed i said ok then deliver the balance material that also will not happen they confirmed they had taken amount for the full material but delivered the partial quantity, snapdeal is a biggest fraud onlinesite they simply shows one product and delivers the other product kindly take necessary action aganist the www.snapdeal.com

              I have ordered Timex Brown Analog Men's Watch -TI002B10100 with order ID [protected] on 5th Oct 2016 from www.snapdeal.com. They promised delivery date 15th Oct 2016. Before delivery date i.e. on 14th Oct 2016 i got sms that my product is out for delivery but i did not received the product. On next day i.e. on 15th Oct 2016 i got mail and sms that the due to some reason the delivery is rescheduled and asked for delivery time. So i gave them delivery time of 9am to 1pm on 15th oct 2016 but still not delivered. On 19th Oct 2016 i called to snapdeal customer care and they said that the product will surely deliver on 20th Oct 2016 between 9am to 1pm. But still the product is not delivered and in tracking portal they show that the Consignee Not Available which is a big lie. The payment is already paid through debit card.

                  Dear Snapdeal team,

                  I am reporting this complain 2nd time.

                  I ordered Surya Aksh 3 Burner Glass Manual Gas stop (Order Id: [protected]/ Sub Order id: [protected]) on 6/10/2016. I paid 2488 rupees online. After reading negative reviews, i cancelled the product same day (on 6/10/2016 at 3 P.M.). Till today, I did not get my amount refunded.

                  Please do the needful. Please also make sure the purpose of "Trusted refund" 6 days policy, etc. mentioned on your page.

                  As mentioned previously "we have taken a note of your concern and will get back to you with an update soon.", i donot need update or system generated mails now. I need my money back at the ealiest.

                  It is really very disappointing that no proper tracking of refund is available.

                    I ordered this product on 4th of oct but the product is not delivered even today (20th oct). estimated delivery date still shows 13th of oct. . i got tired of calling customer care since the executives there as well doesn't know the information about my product and the proper reason for the delay and on top of that it is taking minimum 10mins of time to speak to a customer care executive for which they are charging std charges. and after all these efforts there are unable to say the whereabouts of my order. i don't think this is acceptable, please deliver my product for this time and i would never comeback to snapdeal again. also request my friends to not to trust snapdeal or not go for buying any products in your website or app.

                          I have ordered a ifb washing machine from snapdeal and it was damaged on the function panel and the outer layer so i raised a return request and from monday every night at 11:00 pm i get a message saying that we were unable to pickup the parcel as the number was not reachable and i didnt got any calls from the courier which is really frustrating me and now the 2nd courier also saying the same thing which is delaying my refund.                             I have ordered boat bass head phones in snapdeal, I have received the parcel on 17 oct 2016 when i unpacked the box.the item is not found.it seems to be tempered.on the same day i raised return request.no action has been taken and customer care called me and said that they interrogated the issue.they can't do anything .i am expecting my ear phones or refund

                              Order id: [protected] (2 items) placed on 06 oct, 2016
                              Item ibs tablemate ii portable laptop table item has been successfully delivered on 4:54 pm, 09 oct, 2016 was defective, seeing the same i immediately requested fro return & refund.
                              Today is 11 th day i have not seen any person physically coming u to pick the said item from my address.

                              I am just getting phone calls & sms saying keeping your stuff packed we will come and pick.

                              My issues with snapdeal:
                              1 are customers fool whom you will send firstly demaged stuff and expect them to return/refund.
                              2. if you do not have a refund/ return policies in place why you boosting about it so much on your website.
                              3. your courier partner is a big time liar he never called and worte you false comments that i am not available.
                              4. who will bear the loss of spending the money for something which can be used and not able to get my money.
                              5. will you return my money with interest and consider the pain i have been taking from last 12 days now.

                              Guys do not buy from snapdeal... you will end up unboxing pain & frustation only..!!!

                                I ordered this product on 5th of oct but the product is not delivered even today (20th oct). estimated delivery date still shows 15th of oct. when i call the customer care there is no proper response. even on raising multiple tickets in snapdeal app, the tickets are not at all registered anywhere and no mail confirmation for the same. i got tired of calling customer care since the executives there as well doesn't know the information about my product and on top of that it is taking minimum 10mins of time to speak to a customer care executive for which they are charging std charges. and after all these efforts there are unable to say the whereabouts of my order. i don't think this is acceptable, please deliver my product for this time and i would never comeback to snapdeal again. also request my friends to not to trust snapdeal or not go for buying any products in your website or app.

                                Not going to believe this stuff. The same is been conveyed through phone from your customer care executive but I did not receive any feedback from then. The same being told for n times which wasted my phone balance of around 100 rupees only to realize that I put all the money in waste by ordering a product in snapdeal.

                                Kindly deliver my product or refund back the money if you cannot deliver. Please do any of the actions mentioned soon so that I cannot come back to snapdeal again.

It's been 10-15 days that I have raised a complaint with you and no response from you, what sort of a business you are doing by not valuing a customer. If you don't want to do business don't do, why do you keep offers and make customers fools by not delivering the product or either not responding to emails or complaints or even customer care calls. #snapdeal #kunalbahl

                                The same is been told to me on phone when I tried to contact the customer care for n times but no action from then and no update on the ticket as well. I am not going believe you guys anymore, please deliver the product or refund me the money if you are not able to deliver the product.

                                This is what shows your customer care. No reply since 24hrs. Atleast you cannot update the time when you can update, what kind of service you do. Not able to track a single package since last 14 days, I don't understand the business you do with customer. Please cancel my order and refund the money, atleast do this please.

                                  First of all i received damaged product, first and worst experience with snapdeal! So i requested the replacement of the same which was scheduled successfully.

                                  Then i decided to cancel the order and take the refund of the same, so i had canceled the replacement, now it is not giving me the option to return (Replacement request closed).

                                  I then called customer care number[protected], they said once the replacement request is cancelled i cannot request again for replacement or refund and suggested me to use damaged product and forget money. Your employee attitude is not acceptable!

                                  This is a clear case of cheat & fraud! Why are you giving return/replace option in your mobile application if you don't want to?

                                  Can you please look into this matter as it is nothing but just a heart breaking incident for me which is forcing me not to buy anything from snapdeal again in future!!

                                    It is for your kind information information that on 13th october i had book a samsung j2 pro mobile from snapdeal and i am daily waiting for the delivery of the same and on 18th october i received mail from snapdeal deal with subject line that "we are happy to delivered your galaxy j2 pro (16 gb) (Color : gold) earlier than promised." i am shocked to see it because i haven't received it till now and also communicate the same to snapdeal customer care through call and mail also and my complaint (Screenshot enclosed) number is 33014254 on 18th october and as per commitment that you will contact me within maximum 24 hours. And till now i haven't received and solution for the same.

                                    I had purchased this mobile phone for my wife to gift her (On emi). One side i have not received the handset and another side hdfc bank is sending me schedule of emi repayment.

                                    It is not a good dealing sir i have never face any problem with other agency like flipkart, amazon. They are punctual for their services and client dealing.

                                    Kunal jì your customer team is unable to find out the solution for the same or trace out the person who take it.

                                    Please solve the issue because i don't want to lost my money due to unexpected service of snapdeal. Otherwise i will take help from media and consumer court and explain to all how you are misleading the customers without delivering the product and deducting the payment from customer accounts. If some one miss use it who is responsible for that you are also very much aware which kind of atmosphere in india due to indo pak relation or if some unexpected person use it for unexpected activities in india how will be responsible for that it is not a small product but it is a national issue also for security.

                                    One more thing i had also order for j2 pro samsung mobile back cover from snapdeal and i am in office and delivery boy delivery it to anuradha khanna who is our neighbor. She is stating that i asked him to please give to kuldeep he is inside the office just next door and the delivery boy said madam please sign and take it no issue it is prepaid item. What is this if it is prepaid than you will hand over it to anyone. Is it not your responsibility to check the authentication of person and value of prepaid customers. I am too much angry for such a unexpected statement by delivery boy. It's mean it is also possible that delivery boy handover it to anyone in market or not even come in sector 6 panchkula in my office or in market he is just making fool snapdeal and me also.

                                    Rest i will not tolerate it. I will take appropriate action for the same.

                                    It is not a professionalism sir.

                                    As you aware that I had raised a complaint on 18th October 2016 and as per commitment from your side that it will take maximum 6 days to resolve the complaint but i have not get any satisfactory reply from your team and you are asking 6 more days to investigate the same which is unfair.It is your fault and you are harassing me for this unnecessary. I ordered on 13th October and 13 passed I have not received my order . although courier agency is accepting that delivery boy signed on your behalf and after that he left the job.Than what is my fault . why should I pay for that.

                                    It is for your kind information that I am not interesting any more for this product from snapdeal as one occasion of Karva Chauth already passed and second Diwali will be also passed in your false commitment.Please refund my money within 2 days otherwise I will file a complaint in Consumer Court and for any damage / lose for legally, mentally and other expenses you will be responsible.

                                      This is to complaint you snapdeal team taken back my duly paid ordered 3-burner gas stove (With manufacturing defect) from my home and not giving me another one.
                                      I have many time requested to snapdeal team, that i only need my product get fixed or replaced, but all vain and they forceilbly returned the money. And customer care executive is asking me to place fresh order for same product as it is not available. However, the same product’s price is also available with rs.500 extra at ur site. This is cheating.

                                      Please booked my product with same old price rs.3800. (Approx) and dispatched it to me at my same address.
