Snapdeal stating that
"We tried to place the order with an alternate seller but were unsuccessful and had to cancel it.
We have initiated refund of Rs. 10344 to your card no. 5337-XXXXXXXX-9835 per the timelines below. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Installation services are no more applicable on this order.""
I Hereby request to look into the issue and justify me by the following:
Today also the product is available for sale at higher price and appears you are using unfair trade practices to attract customers and trap them with low prices and after booking and loosing the other opportunities cancel the order so that the customer is forced to buy at higher prices.
I had suffered loss of Rs.5000 due to the act of M/s.
Snapdeal, I had to purchase in the open market for Rs.15, 500 and also experience mental troucher throughout these days by following up them and false commitments till yesterday.
I hereby request M/s.
Snapdeal either to commit the order and delivery the product with 2-3 days from now or refund the amount with addition of Rs.5000 towards opportunity cost i have forgone due to misrepresentation and false commitments made.
And when i tried to contact the customer care i received an arrogant reply followed with blocking of my number so that i cannot call them.
I am enclosing all the relevant documents which shows proofs of all the statements which i made above. I could not able to upload the recorded conservation i had with
Snapdeal but i have proof all the false commitments made in voice recorded with me.
I will ensure to take all steps to get the refund along with additional Rs.5000/- and show the power of customer and teach lesson so that in future
Snapdeal think twice before doing false business tricks for which i am a prey.

Updated by [email protected] I am very much clear about my claim of Addition amount of Rs.5000/- . I need quick closuer of the issue without further prolonging.
As i said earlier let me know immediately are you going to pay the above additional amount of Rs.5000/- which is the opportunity cost i have forgone by dealing and engaging contract which you, paying the amount in advance and misleading assurances given during the process of fulfillment of order and failed to honor the order in-spite the ordered item is available for sale in your website.

Updated by [email protected] I am suprised to see even repeated update done by me, there is no response from the
Snapdeal, i am unable to understand the power of Indian Consumer Complaints Forum, are they involve in the matter or just forward the complaints raised by the consumer.
I want to eliminate the unfiar trade practices being used by
Snapdeal and teach a lesson and show the power of consumer.
I hereby request Indian Consumer Complaints forum take up the matter and if possible publish the whole story of mine and make aware of the tricks playing by
Snapdeal and avoid further consumers do not fall prey as it happened to me.
I even going thru various review in various website and most of the cases with
Snapdeal are like me only, first bring the price down, take the money hold it for 10-15 days and cancel the order mentioning non-avaibility of the product even it is available in the site and sell it for higher price. It appears
Snapdeal is not online shopping but a bank where it receives interest for the amount deposited by consumers and enjoy all benefits of the amount paid.
