I placed an order to purchase a sewing machine from Snapdeal.com worth R's 7459 on 2nd of January. I paid for the product from my debit card when I placed the order. The consignment should have been delivered by the next week from Snapdeal via Go Javas courier service. But unfortunately no product was delivered to my address from Snapdeal. I actually got nothing! I raised lot of complaint at Snapdeal Customer service, they assured me that the issue would be investigated properly and I would be updated with a prompt resolution. I have been waiting since 10th of January, but I have received neither any response from Snapdeal nor the refund of money. I want a full refund from Snapdeal at this point.
