[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Wrong product /mobile delivered | |||||
I had ordered a iBall Crown 2 based on the description where it states that dual sim mobile support both GSM and CDMA network. But the delivered product doesn't support CDMA later I had checked on Google where it says that this model is only GSM . I have been victim of wrong information mentioned at Snapdeal also Snapdeal customer support is not providing the information on the status of refund .
