Snapdeal.com — You delivered Broken Induction cooktop | |||
I have brought Kenstar Induction cooktop to gift someone and it was broken, i didn't get the broken part of induction inside the box that means they delivered us already broken piece without any quality check. Unfortunately we didn't open the box before 7 days so they cant help me. But sending broken stuff to their costumers is not done. I am not expecting any refund as Snapdeal customer support already declared that they are helpless. I have been shopping from Homeshop 18 since last 4-5 years and never had any issue with them. It was my mistake to try out Snapdeal but now i regret. Was this information helpful? | |||
