A great harrasment made by snapdeal: dead phone received >>>>>>>>order id [protected] Yesterday i received a micromax canvas spark q380 mobile phone. Even after charging for 5 hrs, its not getting switch-on. Now snapdeal suggests me to collect death-on- arrival certificate from the service center, send its scanned copy to them, and then they may replace it. Now i have to make a journey of about 100kms in my own expense & move about here & there with great uncertainty. The other online shopping company pay for such return expenses . But snapdeal's policy for return/refund after purchasing any electronics product is making customers suffer with great disappointment... Never buy any electronics product from snapdeal.
