[Resolved] Snapdeal — Enormous delay and pathetic response | |
I write in reference to the purchase of Xiaomi Mi Max vide purchase ID of [protected] on October 3rd 2016. My order was under "SNAPDEAL GOLD" category. The tracking of order says "Item has been given to the courier 05:51 AM, 04 Oct, 2016". The track courier option is a dummy link which leads to an error page of VULCAN "EXPRESS" courier. The so called helpline number "+[protected]" is no lesser than a nonsense. It plays only recorded messages and do not even allow to speak to an executive. The best services are from Amazon wherein you request for a callback and it happens within 5-10 seconds. The delivery for so called "SNAPDEAL GOLD" order has not happened in 7 days whereas I have received all my orders placed on other e-retailers even those which were booked on 5th and 6th. This is shocking to know that if a "SNAPDEAL GOLD" customers are left in a silo mercilessly asking the astrologist when the SNAPDEAL will wakeup. If this is a state of SNAPDEAL GOLD" I shiver to imagine about fate of other customers. Was this information helpful? | |
