Snapdeal — Faulty Order [protected] of SkullCandy Earphones

Hi Snapdeal Team, Yet another disaster and disappointment from SnapDeal. I have ordered Skullcandy S2SBFY058 earphone online last Friday 10th July 2015. As I am already aware that there are many cases about not delivering genuine products by Snapdeal. That's why immediately after placing the order I have called onto Customer Care of Snapdeal to know about what needs to be done if the product is not going to be genuine or os going to have some faults. Siraj was the customer care who attended the call. Yesterday 14th July 2015; I have received the product and guess what, same thing happened that was expected from SnapDeal. First I have ordered for Skullcandy S2SBFY058, but the product box states its S2PGFY-310 and you will laugh when i will say that the invoice states that the product is S2SBFY058. When I have unboxed I found that the earphone was not even skullcandy genuine. It was a duplicate china product with no standard at all. To testify same I have attached 5 photos. Along with complete refund, i want to know why you Snapdeal entertains such seller. I want to know what action you are going to take against such seller. I have raised complaint against Snapdeal over Akosha and Consumer Forum as well.
