I have purchased many products from snapdeal under the id [protected]@gmail.com but due to some issues with quality i shipped back some products and i got a mail from them after a long time that my refund is initiated and i will get it in my bank account within 4 days but still i haven't got.Kindly look into the matter and do the needfull at your earliest.My order id is [protected] and [protected]. i was said by one of your customer care officer that i would get back my supplements or get my money refunded. now i am getting to see that refund is failed and is asking for updating neft details. but as long i remember i said to refund through freecharge account or sd cash if there is any problem with the bank.
