Snapdeal — Fraudulent schemes and delivery policies of the firm

This is in regard to the fraudulent policies of snapdeal. i am vikram and i have placed an order of two bean bags with snapdeal. my order id is [protected] (2 Items). before placing my order i have confirmed whether this order will be delivered to my address or not by putting the pin code in the availability box.On the site it was assured that this will be shipped to my address between 26 oct to 30 oct 2015 and i have paid delivery charges also rs 200/- for the products. after some days i received a mail from snapdeal stating that my address is out of delivery area. on contacting the customer care i was told that by mistake this has happened and my product will reach me by the given dates.Again after some days i received another mail stating that the order couldn't be delivered because the address is out of delivery area and i need to contact the courier guy for collecting my products. today that is on 28 oct 2015 i went to the courier company that is blue dart and inquired about the products i was shocked . i was told that no such order has arrived from snapdeal. when i checked online it was showing that the address is out of delivery area so the product has been sent back to the seller. this was really a very big disappointment as i have paid full amount and paid the delivery charges also still the firm cheated. i would like to take strong legal action against the firm so that they dont loot the hard earned money of public. regards
