I placed order and paid Rs 1461/- online on 14th October '15.
I cancelled the order many times and it said in process. First time i cancelled on Sunday, 18th Oct.
I received call from Snapdeal.com to deliver but i told them not to come as i have cancelled it online. After 3 days, i got a call to return the product which i never received. I called customer service who told there is some confusion with courier team. After 2 days i again called and they said they will escalate.
Now its 2 weeks and my status is showing delivered and no refund initiated even after being confirmed with customer care.

Complaint marked as Resolved After 1 month and 1 week from the day of cancelling the product, yesterday i have received the refund in my account.
It took time and money to call mostly after every 3 days for this.
Snapdeal.com thanks atlast for refund me but you definetly need to improve your process and customer care support level, everytime the executives provide me different details.
Calling and mailing them on daily basis resolved my issue, also cosumer forum must have played it's role.
No mail or call from snapdeal till now that they have refunded the money.
I checked my statement and i received exact amount from snapdeal.
Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
