Hi Team, I have not yet got my order id : [protected] it's been more than 2 weeks since i have placed the order but product is not yet shipped. Although i can see that its still available but at a higher price. When i am trying to order a non discounted product it got shipped the next day itself but my already placed order is not getting shipped. Can you please explain what sort of service is this and let me know why this is happening and when are you guys planning to ship the product ? Or are you planning to deliver it to me or not ?       Based on the promises they made on Snapdeal website I have purchased a new Android (Swipe Ace Strike).

      Contrary to the product specifications and details give on Snapdeal website I was highly disappointing that it was where nearer to quality what it was promised.

      Just tried it for 2 days. Very bad quality product, overheating, very poor screen resolution, bad colors and quick battery drainage, charging time more than 24 hrs?

      Decided return it and buy a better brand for same money with additional payment.

      I placed return request (7-Day Return Guarantee) explaining the above issues. I got 3 calls from three different peoples promising to help me with the satisfactory resolution. I was also told that return pick has been initiated.

      But on next day an ARROGANT person (Ritesh) claiming as a Chief of complaints departments telling that product cannot be returned and I must go to Customer Service Center etc...?

      This really made me very unhappy and I tried all my best to convince him about their PROMISE "7-Day Easy Return Policy" if customer unhappy with product but he adamantly denied such there no such promise from them etc... and kept asking me to go to Service Centre etc ...?

      Since it was a brand new and quality itself is that much, there is nothing that can be done by Service Center... make it better quality product.

      So, this is only trick that Snapdeal is doing. Sell all the crap with great promises to thousands / lacs of innocent customers... grab their hard earned money.

      It is like sitting in AC buildings and doing REMOTE ROBBERY and nothing else?

      They even do not have the proper Grievance Address's mechanism.

      Further, most horrible thing is our so called socially responsible elite HERO, AAMEER KHAN and his involvement with this kind fraudulent company?

      So, forum owner may please take up the collective issue with AAMEER KHAN...make him realize that his so called social responsibility is at big stake, if not his reputation??

      Very disappointed and pained consumer.

        I had ordered a 2 TB Hard drive under the their Diwali sale with Cashback. They have cancelled my order without giving any reason or communicating me. I got to know about it when i called them to check the status of my delivery. Now they are saying that i need to order the same thing at a higher price. I believe they are just trying to scam people.

          We purchased Prestige AI 4 burner AI built in gas hob. When I called your executive to enquirer about snapdeal support in installation of hob top. They said yes before placing purchasing order and will be supported fully. Even said that technical help will come in 2 hours only after receiving product. We received product and asked for technical assistance. Snapdeal is saying that they will not provide any support from prestige. We had to call 4-5 times for installation. It is useless to order it from Snapdeal.

            I was given a faulty handset so I raised a return request within 7 days, all they told me is to go to service centre of that product. Snapdeal didn't follow their 7 days return policy and just changed the status of the order as return initiated without actually doing anything. Due to this status change I am not getting any CASHBACK from cashkaro and HDFC, loss of 700rs incurred by me as a result of this. I followed up with snapdeal and they gave me one link saying it is having the solution and you don't have to make a new transaction to avail the CASHBACK, on opening the link I found nothing but steps for encashing CASHBACK points to cash. They have started mocking customer issues now. Worst experience SNAPDEAL online request number 10914073, 06277675

                  Hi,

                  I have ordered two items on 12th Oct, from Snapdeal.com. First one is Toshiba 2TB HDD and second one is 32GB MicroSD card. Second item is delivered on time and Toshiba HDD is not delivered as committed (by 18th to 22nd Oct). After raising a complaint and following up with them - Snapdeal is not ready to cancel the order and refund the amount.
                  Above this - they have claimed Rs6275 twice; for the single transaction. Again I have to followup with Bank as well as SNAPDEAL to correct the same. At last, double billing has been corrected on 26th Oct.
                  Now, courier company confirmed - they have lost my first order of Toshiba 2TB HDD and advised Snapdeal to refund.
                  As per Snapdeal site - it is refunded. But if i check my bank statement - It is still not refunded.
                  I have spent more amount on the calls to track and get the update on delivery and also, its a mental stress for me - created by snapdeal.

                  Till now snapdeal is not bothered to update the status on mail or phone call. I have received only one mail and no response to the query place on that mail.

                  I would like to get my refund amount immediately, compensate the expenses spent on calls and an apology mail from snapdeal.

                    When i bought meizu m2 from snapdeal their return police is written 7 day no question asked return..but when i get the problem phone os not able to understand bettery level( example in just 1 sec it 1% to 100% or last 10% bettery drain in just 10-20 sec) they not ready to return back said to go service center ..meizu m2 has few service center which is far away from my home address..if snapdeal said that this type of return police never bought this from snapdeal..Order ID: [protected], Placed On 23 Oct, 2015..and also if a phone start problem in just 4 day why i shall go to service center it is clear snapdeal fault...i picture able to see the funny condition in just 10sec bettery full...

I had purchased a product ( puma sports shoes ) from snapdeal on 11th oct 2015 with product order number [protected], the product was small in size, I had returned it back on 11 th Sep 2015. I called up on the customer care to enquire on the refund status with CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM I was informed that product was received on 13 th Oct 2015. I was also informed about the refund procedure and was advised to share the Bank account details with Snap deal. I feed in my bank details and they initiate the refund process after 8 days on 20 oct 2015 and till date (29 oct 2015) refund not provided to me. ... Please help me

                        Dear Sir/Madam, I have ordered one Mi4i mobile (order id- [protected]) from Snapdeal.com on 12th of October 2015. My shipment was picked up on 12th of October by a Courier Service company named Gojavas (AWB No. UNISNPP4512817). Since then, I keep tracking my shipment but it has not reached to me yet, today is 28th of October and its almost 16 days since Gojavas has picked up the shipment, does it take so many days for a courier service to deliver a shipment? When I tried contacting Snapdeal.com and Gojavas, they are not giving me satisfactory answer, just telling me that it will reach to me in another 24/48 hours or waite for 6-7 days more, , its happening since more than a week, now they have stopped replying to my emails. I feel like I have been cheated and mentally harassed with killing of lot of my precious time. Its really frustrating. I was just wondering if I have any consumer rights to take any action against Snapdeal.com or Gojavas for this kind of delay or mental harassment? If I can do ANYTHING against them?                           My name is Vikrant Sargar. I had unfortunately order a product from your end with product order number, as the product was fault I had returned it back on 29th Sep 2015. I called up on the customer care to enquire on the refund status and I was informed that Snap deal has not yet received the product . Finally after continuously following up with CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM I was informed that product was received on 10th Oct 2015. I was also informed about the refund procedure and was advised to share the Bank account details with Snap deal. I feed in my bank details on 13th Oct 2015 and till date the money has not yet credited into my account . I had made numerous calls to CUSTMER SERVICE TEAM and every time when I call the customer care number every new individuals use to inform me that refund will reflect in few days, In fact I had received two acknowledgement from Snap deal 9 i.e. ( 15th & 20th Oct 2015 ) mentioning that my refund has been initiated and refund would be reflecting in my account within 4 Business working days . Till date I haven’t received the money into my account, whenever I use to call the customer care, Executives & Supervisors use to advise me to check my Bank account and use to keep my call on hold for 20-25 minutes and then they would say that someone from the Finance team will call me 48hrs . I have few name sof the representative names with me like Priya, Floor Supervisor Namita, Santosh, Sohail etc . Can anyone from your team give me an explanation on the this

I am appalled by their terrible service. having raised a delivery request yesterday, i still havent received the parcel. Spoke to them again, and now i have to wait another day!! Thanks for nothing. Gojavas (terrible choice at that) is your delivery partner. Good job with the coordination and raising an inquiry with them, etc. I was really hoping for snapdeal to sort this out. Disappointed. Very. I've been chasing their delivery partner gojavas and they're doing nothing about it! I've invested too much time in this to cancel my order.

                              I placed order and paid Rs 1461/- online on 14th October '15. I cancelled the order many times and it said in process. First time i cancelled on Sunday, 18th Oct. I received call from Snapdeal.com to deliver but i told them not to come as i have cancelled it online. After 3 days, i got a call to return the product which i never received. I called customer service who told there is some confusion with courier team. After 2 days i again called and they said they will escalate. Now its 2 weeks and my status is showing delivered and no refund initiated even after being confirmed with customer care. Tickets for reference: 10051691 & 10439423.                               After 1 month and 1 week from the day of cancelling the product, yesterday i have received the refund in my account. It took time and money to call mostly after every 3 days for this. Snapdeal.com thanks atlast for refund me but you definetly need to improve your process and customer care support level, everytime the executives provide me different details. Calling and mailing them on daily basis resolved my issue, also cosumer forum must have played it's role. No mail or call from snapdeal till now that they have refunded the money. I checked my statement and i received exact amount from snapdeal.

                              Docket No. UNISNPP4689072 in Gojavas, it clearly shows the item is with SNAPDEAL.
                              It was never delivered to user. I also confirmed with courier team that the item is handover to SNAPDEAL.

                              I have been calling snapdeal support daily and they tell me that the ticket is closed and i again tell them to re-open the same.
                              From 29th Oct '15, i have been receiving mails from snapdeal.com daily that it will be refunded within 4 business days but now it's more than 7 working days and i have not received any update.
                              Today i was told that there is some technical error on there server becouse of which it shows refunded and closed but amount refunded is ZERO which he said i am not the only user with this type of issue.
                              I think till now i have wasted more than 100/- bucks and 1 hour daily to contact customer care.
                              Whenever i ask them to connect to their senior, they refuse or put in long queues which is totally disgusting.
                              Now it's like i had enough from snapdeal.com that i can't think to check snapdeal for any product.
                              Kindly resolve this on PRIORITY.

                                  i have brought I Phone 6 from snapdeal.
                                  while making the payment two time payment was deducted
                                  payment was done on 18th oct and i have provide the related information to the executive even all the required document was given them.
                                  every time i call them they give only one information they will revert me back within 24 hours and so far no revert is given.
                                  they keep the phone on hold for long time without knowing value of customer.
                                  it was my biggest mistake to trust on snapdeal.
                                  it feel like getting punishment of getting stuck my 40000 with snapdeal.

                                    Product Order ID: [protected], Order placed on Fri, 09 Oct, 2015 got the deliver on Tue, 13 Oct, 2015, As I was out of station and my mother had collected the product on my behalf, I opened the packet on 26th Oct and I saw the product was in broken condition. After calling them several times on 26th Oct they r saying they cannot return the product as i have not informed them within 7 days of receiving the product. They r not at all understanding my situation as I was Out of station that's why opened it in delay. But they are saying they will not return back the product neither replace it back. After opening the product it was totally in damaged condition. The entire product is totally useless.
