[Resolved]  Snapdeal — micromax led tv

Hi,
I have ordered a micromax led tv in snapdeal. The product has been delivered to the specified address. But the tv was not working when the installation team came to home and installed. I reported the same in snapdeal website and requested for return and replacement. This guys are able to deliver to the addresses. But not able to pick it back from there. So we manually couriered the product to the seller address given by them. But it is a fake address. When the courier service has checked the address, they confirmed that there is no address like the one given. Again sent a mail to help snapdeal mail id and they have given one more address. So for the second time again i am sending the product to the seller address.

Now it is different story. They have returned the product with the statement that the replacement order has been closed and they can take that product.

Who will buy a tv for 15000 which is not at all working.
Am i fool...

First time: Snap deal has given the wrong seller address so the sent product has been returned to me. Spent rs: 250

Second Time: Raised a concern with Snap deal & they have given the address: So I sent the product to the seller by spending RS : 300 rupees again

Third Time: Now the seller is refused to take the product. WHY . The product came to my place and when the installation team came in they told that the product is not working so raise with Snapdeal for REPLACEMENT.
On that time itself the product is in transit only.

WILL YOU ACCEPT THE PRODUCT OR NOT. THIS IS A SERIOUS ISSUE THAT, YOU ARE TRYING TO SELL THE PRODUCT WHICH IS NOT WORKING.

I WILL NOT ACCEPT AND I WANT THE REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT SOON.

i didnt get the refund for 300 ruppes which i spent last time, since the product is not accepted by the seller, the product is now with the ST courier service and AGAIN I HAVE TO PAY THE AMOUNT TO SEND THE PRODUCT TO SELLER.
