[Resolved] Snapdeal — Money deducted, order not placed | |||||
I ordered jblt100a ear phone worth rs 548 on date 22 june 2016 morning and paid the amount by my sbi credit card. After the transaction was complete money was deducted from my account but the order was not placed and no order information is available on snapdeal. I got a call from this number [protected] and ask my card details to refund my amount. Is this call from snapdeal ?
