Snapdeal — Non delivery of product nokia lumia 730 | |||
I had ordered a Nokia Lumia 730 (WHITE) from SnapDeal.com with order ID No-[protected] on 15-October-2015. I had paid using HDFC Debit Card. I had also initiated a cancel request on 16-October-2015 with reference number 09558143. The estimated delivery time was intimated as October 24-27. However till November 5, 2015- the shipment has not been received. From their website- the tracking details of the shipment is also not traceable. Every time i raise a complaint with the SNAPDEAL team, i only get a mail from the automated mailing system mentioning that the issue will be resolved in 48 hours. I also contacted the courier service provider- M/s ExpressBees to enquire about the details of this shipment. One Mr. Ashish Devadiga of the ExpressBees Team has sent a mail saying that the shipment is not traceable. Request for either delivery of the product or to provide refund of the amount paid. I am unable to share my complaints raised through their website as it is not available in the history in their website. I require wither delivery of the product or refund of amount paid with interest Was this information helpful? | |||
