[Resolved] Snapdeal — Refund for my Order Id: [protected] | |||||
Hi, This is Manuel Roche. I had ordered Kshyatriya Grass Cutter and Crop Harvester item from Snapdeal on 28 August 2015 under order id [protected]. Since only Partial product had come I had asked for replacement. Snapdeal initiated and took the product back. Since replacement never happend till 15 days I had asked for refund of Rs. 8, 757/-. Till now I have called n number of times and no refund has been initiated from Snapdeal. I have received 3 mails from Snapdeal saying we have verified your NEFT details and amount will reflect in your bank account within 4 Business days. But till now nothing has been credited to my account. The Customer Care centre of Snapdeal says 'We apologize for the delay and amount will reflect within 24 hours'. The same dialogue they repeat each time. I have even attached screenshot of my snapdeal login page where the status of that order is still not updated. Please help me. Nov 23, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved There were calls from Snapdeal Social media team where they finally told me that they came to know the exact problem why the money was not refunded and will be done as soon as possible. Therefore it only took them 15 days after my complaint lodged on Consumer Complaints forum. I would sincerely like to thank Consumer Complaints Team for helping me in getting my refund back which I alone could not do in 2 months even though I called n number of times to Snapdeal Customer care. As per the comment from Snapdeal for the complaint raised towards my order id [protected] they have asked to write down to '[protected]@snapdeal.com'. Accordingly I have sent mail to the said id and the screenshot of my sent mail has been attached. Also when I had called Snapdeal Customer care they even told me that refund process is already done using NEFT and when I had asked for UTR no. they were left dumb and then said me that refund has not been taken place. This is happening from last 2 months and Snapdeal Customer care were only apologizing saying refund will take place within next 24 hours/48 hours but nothing happend so far.
Hope this time there will be some positive results. Earlier Snapdeal Customer Care had already escalated my case of refund several times but there was no result. I have already given my NEFT details for Corporation Bank and if require any further requirements from my side, mail me on my registered mail id or phone number and please refund the amount immediately as this has crossed 2 months without any action from Snapdeal side even after my several emails and calls to Customer Care of Snapdeal.

There was a call from Snapdeal Customer Care today and asked me whether I had received item cancellation mail and also NEFT details filling mail. I have already updated then verbally but again I am attaching the screenshot of the mail which I received on 19th of September. But when I click the NEFT detail link and update my details and press submit button I got error "Sorry it is not possible to change Bank Details as refund is under processing". This error I got from the very first day itself so I had contacted Customer care on 19 September and they told me to update my NEFT details via 'help' tab in my snapdeal account which I had done. I have attached the screenshot of the mail and also the error i had got while updating my NEFT account. Hope all this will help you to make my refund at the earliest.
Snapdeal Customer Care person today heard all this and he told me to wait for another 48 hours that is till 10 November, 2015. Hope this time everything will be sorted out.

I have received 2 calls from Snapdeal Social Media Team that the issue will be rectified within 24 hours. They said there was issue with software specially with refund cases from September and that was the reason for the delay. Now the software is working fine and hope to get the refund with 24 to 48 hours. But till now there is no mail or any notification to my registered mail id regarding the refund. Hope the issue will be sorted out soon.

Its 2 days there is no mail communication from Snapdeal towards refund. Please expedite this as its already 2 months crossed and nothing has been done so far from Snapdeal end. Just receive call from Snapdeal Social media team and apologize for the delay of refund. But if we see even my Snapdeal login order page is also not updated, that is still it shows waiting for courier pickup from September 10, 2015 wherein this order is cancelled and I am waiting for refund of Rs. 8757/-. Reference no.: 06756726: Initially given when I had asked replacement for the partial delivered product from Snapdeal.
07141215: Given when I had asked for refund since they did not send me replaced item after they took back the partial product from my house using courier.

When asked Customer care they told even though reference numbers are different, order id remains the same so there should not be any confusion. I have also attached screenshot of the mail that I have received from Snapdeal towards refund status which till date never happend.
