Sir i was purchased a smartphone lenovo vibe p1 turbo 32gb black silver from snapdeal on 15 sep 2018. But the smartphone was found faulty when installed. Then as per snapdeal company advice i returned the device through a national courier blue dart tezpur on 25 sep 2018. As per courier receipt way bill no. The item has been successfully delivered to snapdeal on 27 sep 2018. But the snapdeal stating that they are not received the item and not initiate my refund or any favourable action for me.
