Snapdeal — Vaio laptop having problems | |||||
I ordered sony vaio laptop this year on 3 rd February2015 from snapdeal as a birthday gift for my mom now from 2 months i got lots of problem in laptop i ask sony guys to come and check my laptop . And they said there is some display problem in laptop so they took the laptop in there service centre On 8/11/2015 . Now they said from where i buy this laptop they are not authorized dealer and they said there is no warranty . And snap deal customer care people said that there is 1 yr warranty . Please i want to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I am already very pissed up either i want my laptop in good condition or if its not possible then please return my money .
