I ordered for adidas ankle length socks, pack of nine pair. But i recvd an usb light, not more than 20 or 30 rs. I multiple time requested for replacement. And schedules of pick up, But every time courier person refused to take that diffrent item, and demands for video of opening the box, And he askes for the mail him from snapdeal with instructions to take the diffrent item. After passing 20-25 days my replacement is not done, Now what should i do? Plz resolve my problem as early as possible. Otherwise i will knock the doors of judiciary. Oct 01, 2018 Updated by लखावत तेजसा ठिकाणा टेहला As i previousoly mentioned about my order no [protected] placed on 02 sep 2018.where wrong item was delivered, and replacement is not being done. regarding that i want to inform that my problem is not solved till the time, and no any courier person is ready to pick the diffrent item.and snapdeal customer care service is very poor there is not any customer care no.where we can call. Courier person is not ready to take diffrent item, he demands a mail from snapdeal with instructions to take the diffrent item (the usb light) so plz solve my problem and make my replacement. Otherwise i will go to court. My details are as below Regd mo no-[protected] Order no-[protected] Original order -adidas ankle length socks for men. Set of 9 pais Cost-269 Delivered item -usb light Cost -probably not over 10 or 20 rupees.
