Co. People gave misleading information & persuaded the customer to transfer rs. 5000/- in their or company's account which they are not refunding now. I got a call from snapdeal saying that you r a lucky customer chosen for some reward under a promotional scheme & that u will hv to shop for rs 5000/- to receive the assured gift. I straightaway said no but then somya & rosy persuaded me to avail the so called lucky offer. They said u will receive 1500 cash back in ur account within 4-24hrs. After u make the payment. Next day nisha, the despatch manager called me to pay rs.12000/-as gst which was not disclosed earlier which i did not want to pay & so i asked her to cancel the offer & refund me my initial payment of rs.5000/- to which she blatantly refused. I want to get refund of my payment (Rs.5000/-) Was this information helpful? | |
