[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — payment deducted from my account and order not confirmed | |||
On 3rd october 2018 i ordered a jaguar peacock tap of rs 1318, from my account on anapdeal but when i completed the payment the amount was deducted from my bank account but snapdeal showed that my payment was not complete and i must make the payment again then the same day i ordered the jaguar tap plus indulekha oil pack of 3 at offer price of rs 567 and made total payment for both of rs 1885 the amount was deducted from my bank account but snapdeal again said that my payment was unsuccessful so i have to do it again and they did not confirm my order neither have they refunded my money a total of rs 3203 has been deducted by snapdeal and it is neither refunding my money nor sending my order Was this information helpful? | |||
