[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — poor and quality of product and missing quantity | |||||
My email id is [protected]@gmail.com and contact number is [protected] from which i ordered on 30th may on snapdeal a combo pack of 1 bottle loreal shampoo and 2 bottles of conditioners (Order id: [protected]) but on 3rd june i received 1 bottle of shampoo and only 1 bottle of conditioner and the products seemed to be used with dirty bottles, immdiately i created a return requestd and during the quality check i was accused that the product is missing, they finally brought back the damaged products and didnt refunded the amount and no action was taken on the poor quality of product. I guess its the companies duty to cross check the delivered quantity and the quality. There is no contact number of the company nor they replied me on chat. Was this information helpful? | |||||
