Snapdeal.com — regarding supply of wrong model battery 2000mah of micromax canvas nitro a311 instead of 2500 mah

With reference to my complained dt. 24/03/2018. Vide which it was stated that my order no. [protected] dt 17/03/2018 for battery of micromax canvas nitroa311 was 2500mah but you supplied battery model no. 2000mah. Kindly supply correct battery model no. 2500mah without any delay. I have already complained to you on dt.24/03/2018 but it is regretted to point out that problem has not been solved till now after lapsing 25 days. I feel very inconveince. complained should solved as soon as possible as already done on dt 24/03/2018. but it is regretted to point that after lapsing 25 days the problem is still pending.
