Snapmint — Cancelled my order..Didn't get refund

I Ordered A titan watch through snapmint. Then I noticed the price is higher than original titan website. So I decided to cancel. When I contacted customer service, the adviced me to not to accept the product while delivery.. I do so..So the item is cancelled.. I paid the down payment also..so I want refund and cancel e mandate. Otherwise I will complain to consumer court.
