Damage/Broken Goods received from you on 27 Nov 2020 through EMI Purchase. My Order ID No.1487833. Amazon Tracking ID No.[protected].
I complained your Customer Care on same day and they also obtained details of damage product i.e Philips Viva HL7715 700 Watt Juicer Mixer Grinder on your Customer Care officer Whatsapp No+[protected] and I sent all the details. On Nov 30, one text message received from snapmnt at 0530hrs that my product delievered but
neither items nor any reply received from snapmint regarding my condition of purchase. Besides above, no representitive reached at my doorstep to return back said damage product till now. I also again consulted to snapmint Customer Care on 4/12/2020 and given all details again. You are requested to take action as early as possible. Images in this regard again uploaded as reference.
I hope you will solve my problem as early as possible.
