I tried to purchase a graphic card from md computer using snapmint emi option for 9 months, after a payed down-payment, they asked for aadhar card documents. After a couple of hours i got an email from payumoney that

We have received a refund for your paymentid: xxxxx done on simplify credit advisory private limited.

I also emailed them but no response, how can i get my refund for this fraud company please help

how did you got your refund.i still haven't got mine it's been 12 days.i visited my bank but nothing had been sort out.
